We are partnering with a leading remedial construction company with over 50 years of industry experience, delivering high-quality projects across Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who enjoys leading site teams, driving programmes, and delivering projects to a high standard.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to maintain quality outcomes and efficient site performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Drive project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved
  • Maintain high standards of WHS and site compliance
  • Oversee quality assurance and defect management processes
  • Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and trade sequencing
  • Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor productivity, workmanship, and programme performance
  • Ensure projects are delivered to company and client expectations

About You

  • Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (or related discipline)
  • Proven experience delivering remedial construction projects in a Site Manager role
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation, site compliance, and safety management systems
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and subcontractor management skills
